Limited rooms available daily on a first-come, first-served basis.
Stays must be redeemed within 3 months of booking.
Room and Heritage Walking Tour reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Tours run on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. If unavailable, RM200 dining credit will be provided.
Dining credits are valid during the stay and include alcoholic beverages (excluding bottled spirits and promotional items).
Unused dining credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions or seasonal menus.
Foot massage bookings at The RuMa’s UR Spa require 48 hours’ notice and are unavailable on weekends.
Blackout dates apply.
Dining credits cannot be shared across rooms for bookings of more than two rooms.
Full prepayment is required; all payments are non-refundable.
